4.
Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy is a wonderful time but also a time of change and stress to your body. Massage in pregnancy can help ease those new aches and pains and can be useful in labour too!
My Approach
I believe that massage can be an important part of the healing process, both physical and mental. I approach each client as an individual and their needs are paramount. No two people are the same and each treatment, even for the same person, won't be the same.
About me
I'm a mother to two little girls, I've been a teacher and trained as a lawyer. I love making people feel better. My first experiences with massage were with baby massage classes and I soon realised how powerful touch could be. Since then, it's been a central part of my life.
